Sallu Bhaijaan Or Hit and Run Bhaijaan

By the time you read the title you must have had a sharp acrimony towards me as I assume you as any other sallu fan. And if you are not, then congratulations you are in my team. But what if I say, the title was just to grab your attention???My real topic is Derivative and Double integration of Mathematics..! oh rest assured I won’t do that..Fortunately I am not a PR(public relations) personnel of any bollywood actor who would apparently try to deceive the audience by projecting their fellow client as an extreme philanthropist and with a clean demeanor. And yeah sallu bhai is the frontrunner in this game. As I articulate this, I have subtly tried my best to eschew from taking anyone’s exact name nor do I intend to hurt the sentiments of readers. Just to stay away from any potential threat from sallu’s fans..Lol..! However I would call him “bhai”..as the readers are smart enough to understand..;-)
One of my best friend from my college..yet another “bhai”  fan,a big big big fan perhaps, always get angry everytime I write or speak against bhai. We have this whatsapp group and  majority are bhai’s fans.Me being odd man out, never leave any chance to defame bhai..! And the consequences…either I am kicked out of the group or my best friend would leave the group..friendly angre though..!
But the point is….. WHY would I jibe a luminary (as his fans probably consider) so badly and try to convince people to do the same, despite knowing the fact that I do not have any direct or indirect relations..nor do I want to. The x factor that drives me to write this is probably the spurious(fake) fame of any personalities and a wrong perspective of society at large, towards them …which totally burns my blood..!
If you one of those crazy fan of ‘bhai’ + totally unaware of his acts then stick around my friend. I would reiterate his acts and behavior for which he has been convicted but sadly remains a freebird as he has flown kite with PM and also has good relations with the ruling party..;-) It seems that being a superstar is higher than  the law nowadays.. Anways, I would have made a long list of bhai’s reckless behavior had I been his neighbor. But these are few cases registered against him which have grabbed media’s attention lately.
>2002 Hit And Run  (super hit case than any other Indian Movie)
>1998 Illegally hunting of blackbucks and Killing 2 (Seems like killing                                                                                                                                      others  is his joyful hobby)
> 1998 Carrying and Using Illegal Arms
> 1998 Use of Arms with an Expired License
> 2014 Assaulting a Member of Bhrashtachaar Nirmoolan Samiti  Aboard Mumbai –Delhi Flight (The person was carrying                                                 documents relating to Death of                                                           Gopinath Munde)
There had been so many news about his evil and cruel acts. He had been to so many interviews and press conferences as well as reality shows, but nowhere was he seen confessing or even admitting his wrongs. What would you call such a person …a Traitor? Perfect…! He had been accused of breaking forest rules, drinking and acting rude..He always turns up with his good and innocent mask and preaching on ‘being human’.Look, I am not saying that good men don’t do wrongs. Mistakes are a characteristic of humans. But, good men definitely own up their faults. ‘’Bhai” appears to be too shameless to own up his wrong acts, else his conscience would not allow him to hide his character on screen. It has been also seen that Bhai lacks self control which a superstar like him needs the most. He is said to be so aggressive that he randomly abuses and thrashes people around him. Does he think he owns the world? What else could be a reason for his violence towards others.  His tiff with the media is constant…It is reported that he is very unprofessional at work and lacks punctuality.  “ek baar jo maine commitment kardi, fir mai apne aap ki bhi nahi sunta” yet he never seems to follow his dialogue.
I think the above few words are enough for one to have a dislike for ‘bhai’ provided you have a faith in it. I have seen some of the extreme fans of bhai who are so  stubborn that they simply deny the fact that bhai could do the above  things..hope the readers do not fall into that fraternity..!
I have criticized bhai right from where I started writing this article so I would, probably just to pacify the bhai fans, PRAISE him on one of his kind deed…Yes the Donation work that he does. Though 80% motive behind such donation is to gain public support and washout his evil deeds, yet I would praise him. Because at the end he has supported people in need. The Being Human Foundation which helps the Cancer patients is worth commending. It is also reported that Being human foundation has started  to felicitate all those who will contribute to the Being Human Foundation. The foundation is soon kick starting a program called 1 One wherein every day Re 1 will be deducted from a person's salary to get Rs 365 a year from one person…Woww..! This is the reason why I support on this only point because its pretty justifiable. And aslo this remains the only point on which ‘bhai’ fans would argue on how Nobel he is. Ask anyone why you like sallu despite knowing about his cruel deeds and you would get answers like “bhai abhi badal gae he, bohot donation karte he” “ Did you see CCTV footage for this..!” Bhai ab pehle jaise nai rahe” and this one is epic “bhai pe lage hue aarop sabh jhuut he, vo aisa kar hi nai sakte” ,  “What solid proof do you have that this actually happened?”  Silence is the only thing that I force myself to choose..no more arguments from my side for statements like this no matter how much do I object to it.
Here’s what I suggest with all due respect to all the sallu followers. Think of the victims of 2002 hit and run case on which the accused, sallu has never shown any regret…think of those two innocent and cute little blackbucks  ..think about the person assaulted by sallu and his bodyguard. Keep yourself at their place. Or going differently just imagine a snob or lets say a superstar approaching towards you on a busy airport and slaps you ,humiliates you in the presence of hundreds of people. Would you admire him? Think upon it

Revel Without an Intermit: Mumbai

Some to catch a train or the other busy in delivering a Tiffin, so called ‘dabbawalas’.This is the scene as we enter the city of Mumbai known for its financial capital of India. We can
see number of folks running around busy in their own chore. But what makes this city, the
city of stargaze is that, the city is developing at a higher velocity. Just rewind your memory 15

years back, guys. The system of mall which we hardly could dream about , has now landed almost all corners of the city. Not only are the malls and other development responsible to a higher attraction for this city, but also the Bollywood which is the Indian Hindi Film Industry. They say that Mumbai is Bollywood and Bollywood is the heart of Mumbai.
Life in Mumbai is too very fast and we all have to run accordingly. The lifeline of  Mumbai ‘Local Trains’ has much more importance than a BEST bus or a Rickshaw strike.I or II class, finally every Mumbaikar has experienced the rush of an evening Virar local and you simply cannot deny the fact. You cannot stop traveling  in trains even if you have a
Mercedes S-Class ,unfortunately the roads here are still not pothole free…hah!
Their’s much rush in Mumbai local but the most fascinating thing about it is that the, vendors entering into the train every time it takes a halt on a damn station. And the interesting thing about these vendors is the uncanny noise which they make for advertising their product. Unlike other cities of the world, which may be far more developed and well planned, Mumbai has lot of action and fun but in a different way. That weird announcement on the platform which could hardly be heard. That Q for ticket turning into a battle field as one chap infixing himself in the halfway of the line to get quick ticket. And the most common answer given by him, ”Line me hi toh hun” (Even I am in the Q itself). Their’s  much more to tell about the Mumbai local but  let’s move on to see the Spring Mumbai.
There is something intrinsically hypnotic about the rhythmic cadence of Mumbai Rains.
I find myself staring at the rain drops, tracking the progress of each fat droplet , watching as it splatters down on my windowsill. Sipping a cup of Chai  at a local tea vendor. The rain drops crawling down the cup. This is the Mumbai Monsoon guys. An experience just out of this world. By now you can probably tell. I love the rains, Especially of Mumbai. Here the weather  in monsoon is truly awesome. The sea waves banging the coast at Marine Drive at a great force splashing the water out of the sea till the roads. Apart from Mumbai Monsoon and a rush for the local train, there’s something more to tell about the city. Well lets try to guess it out. Is it the about the high class Peddar Road lifestyle or the The luxurious Taj Lands End. If yes then I must say you are not a true Mumbaikar.Uhh haa..! What makes the city over the top and yeah different from the other developed cities of the world is the Tiffin Delivering System locally known as The“dabbawallah”
The service of  “dabbawallah” was originated in 1880. In 1890, Mahadeo Havaji Bachche started a lunch delivery service with about 100 men. Although the service remains essentially low-tech, with the barefoot delivery men as the prime movers, the dabbawalas have started to embrace technology. They have started booking for delivery through SMS. With white Kurta-Payjamas and a white Trademark Gandhi Cap (Top) they deliver around 1,50,000 to 2,00,000 “Dabbas” every day with a monthly salary of 2-4 Thousand Rupees only. I really wonder how a barely literate person can deliver the dabba at the exact location without an error. .If you guess are worrying about the correctness of the delivery , well then let me tell you, The    Dabbawallah System is Certified by the ISO 9001:2000 By The Joint Accredition System Of Australia And New Zealand. Strange but interesting, yeah…!

1)Imagine yourself being successful. Einstein said that the imagination is more important than knowledge. The more vividly and accurately you imagine your success, the easier it will be for the rest of your self to follow through. The same way engineers first imagine a bridge and then build it, you can be the engineer of your success by dedicating a few minutes every day for the mental movies of your success.

2)Surround yourself with other people who are successful. When you're surrounded with people who are highly-driven, it's encouraging. Start with the basics: Willpower, effort, goals, and determination. Whatever you want to accomplish requires all of these.

3)Define the meaning of success as you see it. You cannot have success if you do not know what it means for you. Everyone views success differently. Set clear goals and be realistic. How will you know when you've achieved your goals? Your standards should be quantifiable, or else you could spend your entire life chasing after a vague goal. For example, let's say you want to be good at your job. You get a promotion, you get a raise, but you still haven't reached your goal because you could always do better, right? You could always get promoted even further, or make even more money. Whatever you have will never be enough. Instead, create benchmarks: "My goal is to increase my productivity by 30% and only be late for work five times per year, at the most." These are quantifiable goals that when achieved, give you a sense of satisfaction and completion, making you feel successful and confident.

4)Stay away from Distractions. There are so many Distractions in this world that you really don't know about.Whenever you are attracted to doing something which is totally not useful or productive, set the least possible time which you can give to that work.Whenever you get carried away by that work, Imagine yourself as a loser with shattered dreams and push yourself away from that work.

5)Finding the purpose or goal of your life. Identify the things you love to do, the things that give you satisfaction. Once you identify what you love to do, use this information to find the purpose of your life or the objective of your life. It is equally important to target what you love. Imagine yourself participating in a marathon race despite the fact that your true passion is swimming. What will happen? You might have success in something you dislike, but you wont get satisfaction.

6)Set a time line on when you want to achieve your objective. If you don't know when you will achieve your objective then you will never know when you will achieve it.

7)Identify the things/skills/material needed to achieve your objectives. For Example, If you want to be a famous speaker, you need a broad vocabulary, subject knowledge, speech writing, voice clarity, presentation skills. This is identifying short term objectives to achieve long term goals.

8)Identify the skills you need to sharpen and the skills you can outsource. In the last example in order to become a great speaker you need to improve voice and presentation skills as these are the basic skills needed for a speaker, but if you are lacking speech writing or subject knowledge, you can outsource them to some expert. This is called working smart, many of the great leaders don't write their own speech, They focus on delivering it right.

9)Execute your small objectives, focus on your main objective. Yes you need to execute what you thought and you need to start executing your dreams right now(Start with the first step immediately).

10)Study successful people. Look around--who has the success that you envision for yourself? What are they doing? How do they approach life? Become their apprentice. Ask them for advice. Spend time around them, if you can. Learn from them.

11)Take risks. Step out of your comfort zone. Successful people think big and act big. It can be a scary thing to do, but if you don't, then will you ever be successful? Don't wait for opportunities to fall in your lap. Sniff them out. Successful people make big investments (in their careers, in their businesses, in their education) and all investments involve risk. But don't be reckless. Study your risks, make sure the odds are in your favor, then take a leap. Be bold.

12)Solve problems. People who are successful encourage progress by solving problems and answering questions. No matter where you are or what you're doing, look around and try and think of ways you can contribute. What are people struggling with or complaining about? How can you make life easier for them in an effective way? Can you re-design or re-organize some aspect of the situation so that things run more smoothly? Can you create a product or provide a service that fills a critical gap? Be proactive and resourceful.

13)Be persistent. Don't give up. If your first attempt didn't work, don't quit. When asked about his 10,000 failed attempts to develop a storage battery, the prolific American inventor Thomas Edison responded: "I have not failed, I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."[1]

14)Remember that success does not guarantee happiness. Success is equated with the achievement of a goal, but don't assume it will always bring happiness. Many people make the mistake that if they accomplish this or that, they'll be happier, but fulfillment and satisfaction have a lot more to do with how you approach life than with what you do in life. Keep that in perspective.

15)Gather as much information about anything & everything. Listen. Study. Understand. Learn. Knowledge is power.

16)Accept life is unfair, some people are born with disabilities and you need to accept this fact but remember this also gives you unfair advantage. You can stop wasting time about the unfairness and think how to use the situation for your benefit. Remember Newton could have complained about the Apple falling down the tree could hit his head...but instead he identified the Law of Gravitation and known as The Father of Physics.

17)Accept Failure, Understand behind every Success there is a Failure...to understand this just think why we invented Aircrafts, because we Failed to fly ourself. Why we need to get a Pay hike, because we failed to buy the things we loved. May be you failed to marry the person you loved but succeed in marrying a person who loved you. Maybe you failed to receive a payhike because you succeeded in getting a new great job leaving the comfort zone of previous job.

18)Remove fear and Doubt from your way of thinking, and focus on keeping positivity in every situation. You will be surprised how your effective-ness multiplies by 10x when your thoughts are guiding your actions, Keeping things simple, and STAYing focused on your goal. Remember, you can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy.

Tips:

Make a list of people you know. Include your parents, family, friends, siblings, cousins, colleagues, and classmates. List people in your social networks (such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.). The list might even include names of people you have never met but are connected to through your social network or online group. You will be surprised to find out how many people you are connected with.
Not everyone will be happy for you and your success. Some people are insecure and jealous. Be prepared for them, and look past them until you find the people who are happy for you and who support you in all that you do.
Success does not come through willpower alone, it takes CONSISTENCY. Doing something once won't make a huge difference; it's when you do that one thing many times over you achieve success.
If you absolutely cannot do something and avoid doing it in public or gym class, then PRACTICE it when you're by yourself until you're confident. Ask for help.

Mumbai Local

I have often come across youngsters who try various 'stunts' in trains. Most of them are in the age group 12-18!I myself is between the same age group but I keep in mind ''No dhamaal while travling by train'' While they think they appear 'cool' doing so, they don't realise that they only show how stupid they are and more than anything else, their life is at a huge risk. Worst is not losing life but losing a limb or having an injury that will ruin their life forever!

These stunt boys go with the funda - itna darr darr ke nahin jeeneka. However, they ignore that the nahin jeeneka part of the sentence is the strongest in this scenario.

Also, I have seen commuters just making faces but not asking them to stop. Commuters don't want to hear stuff like 'Uncle, apna kaam kar na', 'Tereko kya karneka hai?', etc. But remember - if you don't say a word and you happen to witness a tragic incident you might regret all your life, "If only I had asked them to stop!"

At the most, only three things are possible if you ask these boys to stop:

1)They will poke fun at you. But seriously, they are actually poking fun at themselves and all the other commuters (onlookers) know that.

2)They will ignore your comment / continue. But at least you tried.

3)They will feel embarrassed if every time they do so, commuters stop them / debate with them. They won't find it 'cool' enough. They might stop.
Please remember that while these youngsters perform such stunts, some other boys too feel like attempting the act. At least, when they see commuters' objecting the potential 'stunt boys' might not try.

DO NOT TRY / ENCOURAGE STUNTS IN TRAINS. PLEASE STOP THE WRONG-DOERS

Came up with this video in which a teenager boy performing dangerous stunts
Nowadays this video is the most popular on social networking sites
